Pearl

i really enjoyed this film and i loved the soundtrack. i really like seeing how passion and determination can drive someone insane and truly break someone down. mia goth crushed this role and this is one of her best films. my favorite scene is when she was sitting at the table with mitsy. this scene changed my life and i would do anything to watch this for the first time again. and talking and saying how she truly feels it’s the most opening and interment scene in the whole film and i love how the camera doesn’t switch and just gives us a very simple and deep scene about how she is not what she wants and she knows she can be so much more. i loved how the movie ends with her forcing a smile slowly turning deranged and scared. pearl has nothing else to do and she realizes she is nothing and has nothing she will never be anything more and just ends up as nothing and she knows it. and then the scene ends to a slow fade with black which i think his her life closing in on her as the film ends. i really enjoyed this film and i would definitely recommend this one for anyone looking for a great movie to watch
