The Lighthouse

i really enjoyed this film the slow drive into madness shown within the lighthouse and the atmosphere felt like its own chapter in itself and added toeverything the black and white and the slow unsteady soundtrack created an amazing atmosphere.  i loved the film being shot on a square and condensed lens as it added to the compactness of the film and made the entire movie feel more intimate. from everything to the close shots with william de foe and the wide shots of the lighthouse  add to the overall feeling like we the viewers are driving into insanity.   overall this film has plenty amazing moments and is a must watch
