The Wailing

this film was alot but in a good way. i loved the camera work a lot of the shots were very creative and just well made. THE STILLS FOR THIS MOVIE. there so gorgeous in the middle of something traumatic we get hit with a windows home screen type of shot and it’s beautiful.  the acting was good but at some parts felt a little cartoonish and silly but overall very well done. the sound design is also another one of my favorite aspects of this film too.  however i was not a huge fan of the plot and the story writing. the story was intriguing but also kinda seems like something i’ve seen time and time again. and the plot is a little dragged at times but i think it matches and it helps with being broke em up with the little one liners throughout that i thought were pretty good.
