movie had me STRESSED oh my god my eyes were watering so badly and i was on the verge of shouting “ISABELLAAAAAA” right along with them …. her and dolores were so cute though ugh this was such a fun experience though omg once you get past the “character building” first half hour-hour, wow it is so so good, genuinely on the edge of my seat with every scene!!!! i was expecting a little bit more dinosaurs, but the scenes we got were good enough, i loved it cannot believe it all started because of a snickers wrapper though

matter a fact ….. where’s everyone from??? was talking to my step dad about how cool the f1 movie was and he “you wanna see some real racing?” and made me watch this … not a bad watch but he def set ny expectations too high for such a mid movie — racing scenes were fun and it’s certainly interesting to think that the gamer to racer pipeline is actually based on a real story, but nothing particularly crazy

gonna make a list of my enemies and every single character in this movie except for the baby is on it they all pmo but ESPECIALLY ingrid. oh and also every single person who compared this movie to aftersun. i hate all of you. the only things the film really has going for it is the cinematography and the performances but the screenplay and storytelling is such a mess and didn’t even seem to know which way it wanted to go. literally did not care about any of the characters, anything that was happening … and that fuck ass ending god this movie really just made me more mad than anything

JODIE MY BABY OH MY GODDDD I WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR HER SHE’S MY RAY OF SUNSHINE AND DESERVES NOTHING BUT THE BEST!!!!! wow oh wow oh wow … have to preface by saying i know little to nothing about f1 in terms of rules and technicalities, which i feel is the biggest thing i see people complaining about which makes sense because all of that stuff is irrelevant to me so wow this movie was completely amazing to me. i was genuinely SHAKING at the end … quite literally buzzing with excitement. i’ll admit a large part of it is probably just because i like all things that have to do with cars and speeding (mad max i love you) so i’m very biased but all of the racing scenes were genuinely so well executed; not only was i completely tense or having visual reactions to certain outcomes/actions, but i could see the audience around me responding in the same manner - LOVE AN AUDIENCE REACTION!!!! also my biggest thing is that despite being predictable, there were still shocking elements to the whole thing that kept me incredibly locked in to how everything was going to play out!!! soundtrack was also a bonus omg obsessed is it perfect? maybe not, some of the dialogue and non-racing scenes were somewhat corny, but am i writing this review with nothing but the pure adrenaline of those racing scenes coursing through me? absolutely. need to watch drive to survive after this. maybe need to start training to be a pro driver. who knows.
