It was suggested that hypnosis is only effective if someone really would do it,right? But deep down the film also suggests that we all have that animalistic instinct to remove obstacles or get rid of our burdens even by the most awful means. That we are all capable of killing or doing horrendous things just to free ourselves. The only thing that’s stopping us is our conscious and I think this is the whole point of this movie. I found it quite interesting and I loved the unsettling feeling I had while watching it
