All because she talked to things that no one could see. Speaking with the dead. She didn’t have any other powers. She wasn’t a witch. When she died she became a poltergeist and her hatred is what cursed them, not she herself. She’s JUST like Norman. She’s his distant relative. She was just a little girl who was born with a gift she didn’t ask for. I love that there’s truly no antagonist in this movie cause everything was misunderstood. Such a great movie that sends a beautiful message
