Sing Sing

I will never forget the time my grandfather recited the famous Hamlet monologue to me when I was 8. I never quite truly understood what I was hearing, but it was the passion and performance he gave that excited and made me want to learn more about Shakespeare. Many years later I've been able to turn that small interest I had all those years ago into a love of film, art and performance. This film brought me back to memories I forgot about and I'm thankful for that. I also felt comfort and nostalgic in the 'eating a Elephant day by day' saying that my Grandad also use to recite.
