A mature, de-Disneyfied Tom Holland Spider-Man film where Peter Parker is actually the main character!?! Superhero movies are so back, baby!! Love that this was able to feel dark and gritty but vibrant and striking at the same time. The action sequences during the fight with Hulk and the fight with The Hand are the best of Tom’s series. I was hesitant about Frank being in this one because I know next to nothing about the Punisher, but Tom Holland has way more chemistry with Jon Bernthal than he ever did with RDJ. Sorry not sorry. Plus, Peter is depressed and bloody for the majority of this one so what’s not to love?

I just can’t fucking stand doctor strange

I really liked the show but this just felt lackluster to me :( A lot of characters are pushed to the side with minimal screen time (likely due to this being a movie rather than a complete final season) and it somehow felt like nothing happened and too much happened at the same time? despite all of that there were a few great moments, especially Tori’s scene at the ice rink and that perfect “at the beach, in every life” needle drop

wallace and julie are so important to me
