Had a really hard time deciphering my feelings for this movie. I really think that the butcher (I forgot his human name ..) had a really strong performance behind it because he gave me to the heebie jeebies, like a wolf in sheep’s clothing— an unfathomable monster trying to present itself as human. But then the horror didn’t end, because the regular characters had the same uncanny vibe. I am CONVINCED m night shyamalan has never interacted with anyone because what is this dialogue? It’s not even the faux gen z speak it’s just everyone. Allison pill slayed with her limited screen time, the nepotism pop star was about as expressive as a cardboard box. other than that, very weird but sort of cool unrealistic premise. I’m excited to see smile 2 because it has a pop star horror connection so I’d like the compare and contrast ty Ty
