Exhuma

Film#22 of 100 movie challenge boxd.it/Q8Zga Film#5 of M(a)y Korea Challenge 2026 From 2020's One of the best Korean films I’ve seen. The rituals, chanting, and overall atmosphere felt incredibly grand and immersive. I loved the concept of ancestors haunting their descendants after not being treated properly in death, and the way the plot slowly transforms into something much bigger and stranger was amazing. Exhuma blends folklore, horror, and history so well that you just get completely mesmerized by it. Truly an awesome film.
