Saving Private Ryan

Saving Private Ryan was a hard movie for me to watch, not because of the violent scenes, but because I know the fight scenes are a recreation of reality. The fight scenes are so realistic, I’ve never seen anything like them. Apart from that, the story is really good and captivating, too. What I learned from this movie is that war is pointless, I already knew that, but now I’m sure. Btw, I felt so much empathy for Corporal Upham. If I were in his place, I think I would act the same. I cannot imagine myself killing anyone, even in a war, I would just hide. If World War III happens, you already know how I am going to act.
