Decision to Leave
I watch movies in hopes that I stumble across such carefully woven masterpieces once in a while. I mean... what a way of unfolding the story while taking ample time and the plot doesn't digress in a vague direction or feel boring during the runtime. Fucking stupidly sexy camera-work & cinematography. The best editing and shot composition I've seen all year, even at par with or better than Sinners.
Okay, so the story comes from a point of unfolding into a morally greyish standpoint where the character arcs begin with doing things they aren't supposed to do, one little step at a time. The artistic depth and way of associating tangible things to moral choices is also brilliant in it's own way. Being said that there are a lot of details which I have to wrap my head around on a later rewatch.
