The Witch

93/100 Think I have a new favorite horror movie. First of all I want to say that i'm lucky i’ve watched it with friends and not alone, because The Witch is scary as hell I was genuinely afraid to go to sleep and it had only happened once before. The movie is full of tension and has a tone that perfectly introduces the vision of Eggers. It also has a good soundtrack, a perfect finale and top acting (especially Anya Taylor-Joy who was brilliant). Eggers' debut is definitely one of the best ever.
