🦇 I write **reviews** to remember my **experience** with each movie. While watching movies is amazing, what I **enjoy** most is remembering them, thinking about them and talking about them, something for which keeping a precise memory is absolutely necessary. **Rating System:** [½](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/films/rated/.5/) Disgusting [★](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/films/rated/1/) Terrible movie [★ ½ ](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/films/rated/1.5/)Very bad [★ ★ ](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/films/rated/2/)Just bad [★ ★ ½](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/films/rated/2.5/) Quite Decent [★ ★ ★](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/films/rated/3/) Good! [★ ★ ★ ½ ](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/films/rated/3.5/)Pretty Good (but i found some kind of issue with the movie) [★ ★ ★ ★ ](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/films/rated/4/)Amazing [★ ★ ★ ★ ½](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/films/rated/4.5/) So close-to-perfection (very enjoyable but either they do not have all the necessary formal requirements or they have not reached me as much as a 5 star film should) [★ ★ ★ ★ ★](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/films/rated/5/) Absolute Masterpiece ***Explanation of my lists:*** **[All-time ](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/tag/all-time-favorites/lists/)Favourites ** Divided into two categories: animated and non-animated. For now, the [animated](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/tag/animatedfavs/lists/) section simply includes the animated films I have enjoyed the most and that have resonated with me the most, regardless of their rating. In the [non-animated](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/tag/non-animatedfavs/lists/) section, since I have seen many more films, there is a certain restriction: all five-star films are included for obvious reasons; however, four-and-a-half-star films are included at my discretion. As a result, there is a certain distinction, in my view, between the included and non-included four-and-a-half-star films. This does not mean that the non-included films, or those rated four stars or three and a half, are not films I deeply love. **[Directors](http://bit.ly/4ccn0p9)** These are lists in which I rank the movies of each director I discover. Many are still incomplete and even more are yet to be created, one of my goals in the world of cinema is to complete them as I enjoy the films of course. You can see some emoji next to some lists, this has an explanation. Naturally, there are directors that I like more than others, that evoke me more than others, that seem more interesting to me than others... Therefore, I decided to implement some emojis in order to differentiate them. -The ★ is held by my current[ top 5 directors](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/tag/top-5-directors/lists/). -The ✩ belongs to those directors who fascinate me but do not make it into the top 5. [Top 6-15](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/tag/top-6-15-directors/lists/). -The ✧ belongs to those who have something special, a characteristic way of making films that fascinates me. [Top 16-25](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/tag/top-16-25-directors/lists/). **[Cine Español](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/tag/espana/lists/)** An impeccable list where I keep all my favourite spanish films. High-quality, underrated cinema. **[Top 4’s Stars movies](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/tag/4-stars/lists/)** Including all those films rated 4 stars by me that are near-to-be 4,5. [**Cinema experience**](https://letterboxd.com/manuu_gommez/tag/cinema-experience/lists/) A list where I rank the entire experience in movie theaters. I don't rank them based on the quality of the movie, but based on how my experience was in the theater (the theater itself, the people, how the movie felt at the time...) **Others** More lists are waiting to be created.
