Better Watch Out

This film completely caught me off guard in all the right ways.  Great things about this movie - I found the leads were amazing in this movie DeJonge and Miller in particular were amazing and were very believable in the situation they were wanting the viewer to believe . I also found the addition of horror icons Virginia Madsen and Patrick Warburton great additions to the cast and was so caught off guard to see them in this movie in minor roles.  I also think this movie has a home alone aspect of it from the kills being inspired it seems from this movie so that was a nice nod to one of my favourite movies  For this movie there is nothing I would change about it aside from maybe a little more time to find out more about the characters as we only found out in detail about Miller and DeJonge s character but that is a minor criticism. Overall I would happily encourage people to go see this film as it is a nice Christmas inspired horror/thriller movie solid 4 to 4.5 for me for Better Watch Out.
