RIPLEY

I think the style of it was cool, it felt really true to the Patricia Highsmith novel but I think for me it just didnt grip me, I was so excited for this but it lacked a certain tension, it wasnt hot, it wasnt fun, it lacked the youthful nomadic vibe I loved about the 90s film. It was cool and I liked the neo-noir of it all but I just wasnt blown away. I loved Andrew Scott as Ripley, he's such a talent overall I enjoyed the cast and the viewing but I wouldnt watch again.
