The Penguin

Man, this was so good. It really did feel like if the Sopranos took place in a more cartoonish style universe. Start to finish it felt risky and bold with interesting characters backed by stellar performances. Narratively, for me, it's one of the best shows of the year but the performances of the cast were really top-tier, Colin Farrell is truly unrecognixable not just physically but his voice, his mannersims, he truly felt like an animation of the penguin brought to live -action, Cristin Milioti was phenomenal as Sofia, and Rhenzy Feliz really impressed me as a relatively new actor coming into a big name project with an experienced cast and delivering every single epsiode. Shoutout to the wardrobe department, every Sofia look was just to die for.
