Materialists

My favorite movie of the year for me. Song delivered my favorite screenplay of the year in what was easily the most unexpected enjoyment I’ve had in the movie theater all year. I’m not usually the biggest fan of Dakota Johnson’s work, but this was so great, as well as some brilliant supporting performances by Pascal and Evans. The unexpected storyline and touching subject is handled with such grace I can’t even explain it. Highly recommend it, go watch it!
