The cinematography, history, costuming, stacked cast everything about this movie I absolutely loved.
My father is from the Mississippi Delta area and grew up a sharecropper, I had the biggest smile on my face throughout the film this made me so happy, Coogler did his research. You can truly tell that he loves film and respects the art of filmmaking. Films like these truly inspire future filmmakers.
A little slow in the build-up but i personally loved that for story building purposes, and the ending was a little rushed I believe but this was such a beautiful film
