Thief
“I will never, ever take a pinch from a greasy motherfucker like you.”
Thief had me hooked from the moment that car was on screen. The slow, drawn out heist sequences were so well executed it felt like I was watching it just as Micheal Mann had in mind. The entire third act of this movie is almost perfect. The last scene had me knowing what was happening but still anticipating a change, and the entire movie had me on the edge of my seat. Just an all around amazing film with infinite rewatch value.
