I went insane in the theater, I was questioning anything and everything.Luca Guadagnino is a fucking genius. The characters, the storyline, the panels, the clothing everything was thought.Tashi Duncan, the girl who lost her dreams. Art Donaldson, the boy who would do anything she told him. And Patrick Zweig, the one that didn’t “left the restaurant”. What could go wrong?The intensity of the scenes, the adrenaline was palpable in the room, it was like it was happening to me.I have to be honest the cast was very well chosen, without Zendaya, Josh O’Connor and Mike Faist this film wasn’t going to be the same. They delivered an amazing acting.And let me say the soundtrack was crazy, it’s just made everything more real.I could go for hours talking about this film.My favorite part was the last game, you needed to be very attentive to understand what was really happening, in that game like tashi said they were having a relationship and fighting over tashi at the same time. I believe this was one of the best screen scenes I’ve ever seen.And to finish THE ENDING WHAT WAS THAT. Luca did you want to kill me from heart attack or something? Cause that’s how I felt when the film ended. The guy next to me just looked at his friends and said “and now what?” And that’s exactly what I was thinking.I believe this won’t have a second part and it makes sense, because to let it on open is way more thrilling then to give an actual ending.It was the perfect ending, the two of them in the court hugging each other and Tashi laughing and applauding them.
