That bedroom sequence completely crushed everything built from the first two of the trilogy

Easily the best movie released this year, definitely going to be an easy Oscar sweep for The Odyssey The visuals and cinematography surprised me the most through it's vast landscapes especially the shots not being rushed which is a massive problem with modern cinema and even the use of near to no cgi is amazing Nolan needs to go through with his thoughts of a horror movie because the scene where the cyclops starts screaming made me jump out my seat and even when Circe turned the whole army to pigs scared the shit out of me In my opinion, Anne Hathaway's role stood out the most as she perfectly captures the isolation of her life without Odysseus. In addition Robert Patterson's role was great Still can't comprehend Travis Scott was in this and him being the opening sequence is absurd but he did do a good job One of Nolan's best behind The Prestige

Rewatching it in the cinema makes me realise how perfect this movie is The use of the piano exit from Layla is something else along with the whole soundtrack Joe Pesci’s role as Tommy definitely stood out compared to Ray liotta and De Niro Them last 30 minutes definitely grew on me since my first watch

Alain Delon wearing a trench coat and smoking a cigarette for nearly 2 hours Usually into slow burn movies but this made an hour and 45 feel like 3 hours but the ending made up for it
