Spider

‘The less need for man, the more need for shirts’  This film is so perfect from the coordination from cronenberg towards the young and old spider, to the symbolism right from the start and in the water tower as well as the similar tones to films such as mirror which just create such a haunting and memorable film. This is a brilliantly directed, acted and shot film that is a abselute 5 stars and some of cronenbergs best. Such a good accept as well😂. This is so fine to detail and just every scene is so relevant to the arc and backstory of the character of spider. It also just creates such a blur between real life and the memories of the past through the fact that spider interacts with the characters from the past. This is so good and haunting.
