Moon Knight
This is a weird show to digest. At its highs, its some of the best Marvel content I've seen in regards to storytelling. At its lows, its a rushed CGI mess with very little time spent with Moon Knight actually in suit.
I clearly noticed budget restraints and it was occasionally distracting. This show would have worked better at 8 episodes, cause while the finale had satisfying moments, it did feel rushed for me.
But this show largely works cause of Oscar Isaac's powerhouse performance. He is utterly phenomenal and his work deserves to be seen. I think this show works better as a mental health deep dive than a superhero show to be honest, but I'm okay with that. At least Marvel is trying new things. While there might have been nods here to the MCU formula, this was one of their most ambitious outings yet, and I appreciate that they gave this lesser known character the spotlight.
I just wish they gave him more time and more money to really fully capitalize on how awesome this character is.
