Definitely feels like the middle film in the trilogy, but I love how it mainly focuses on the Fellowship trying to bring together all the factions of Middle Earth. It makes moments like the Battle of Helm’s Deep and the Last March of the Ents much more satisfying and epic cause it’s feels like everything is really coming together.
