Another Earth

I think this film is incredible and underrated, it’s melancholic and even scary at times because it feels so anxious. I loved every bit of the story in this film, some could consider this movie boring and well low budget because it definitely is but I really found the whole basic cinematography paired with the double plot fascinating. Not only are we following the tragic directory of one girls life and another mans, but we’re also getting this other fictional idea of a duplicate earth making contact simultaneously. It really makes you think about how small the story is in comparison to this otherworldly thing, but it definitely doesn’t take away from it at all. ALSO, WOW the ending, I wish I could see what happened afterwards but alas, cliffhangers… ugh… I should’ve written this review sooner since I watched this movie.. probably a couple months ago, but looking back on it I might have to give it a rewatch because I genuinely enjoyed it, maybe I’ll write a better review next time.
