i don’t think i’ve been this speechless before but let me just say isabelle adjani’s acting is profoundly phenomenal, they don’t make movies like this anymore. the line “i can't exist by myself because I'm afraid of myself, because I'm the maker of my own evil.” could feel that in my bones, the most sickening, obnoxious, disturbing movie i’ve watched so far but all in a good way. gonna be stuck in my mind for a really long time
