To be honest, I completely forgot about this movie because I watched it so long ago and then remembered it existed and decided to revisit it. I LOVE OLD MOVIES SO MUCH!!! This movie is everything. It reminds you of how much you are loved and how EVERY single thing you do has an impact on someone. It is so easy to tell yourself that you are worthless and that nobody needs you but there are movies like this that remind you that that isn't true. So many people are positively impacted by things you do, big or small. It is important to never forget how loved you are, especially in moments of doubt. I also love the presence of God in the movie, it is perfection.

The last 45 minutes of the movie are insane, perfect. The rest was eh in my opinion. I'm not really into sci-fi and didn't really see the relevance of the son if everything revolved around murph and thought that the deaths of the two other astronauts were unecessary. But the end is amazing, wow. I think 4.5 stars is good for this movie, but I do think people act as if this movie is the best thing ever when I have watched better.

This movie is so good, so beautifully made and very unexpectedly funny. I really enjoyed it.
