Ghost in the Shell

Despite the influence it has had, Ghost in the Shell gives minimal character depth or development that leaves you unimmersed. Things are poorly explained from start to finish, and everything feels predictable even so. Otherwise, it touches on cyberpunk-esque themes and visuals that are satisfying to watch, and a pioneer for the genre.
