Attack on Titan

probably the most ive ever been bought into the story of a show, which, combined with the fact that i watched this for the first time as the final season was being released, makes it one of my favorite cinematic experiences ever i’ll never forget the many nights spent sitting on my couch in college, watching and discussing this with my closest friends or showing it to someone new for the first time and watching their reactions as [littany of things i had typed out but have since deleted] what a mystery — a masterclass in epic story, on par with GoT in my eyes (with a few too many parallels for my taste) beautifully animated, hype as fuck action and gut wrenching speeches some of the hardest hitting big reveals i can think of — it is impossible to predict at outset what this story ends up becoming what a ride. storytelling is a beautiful thing
