in the same way that all of tarantino’s movies need to be 50% shorter, every episode of this show needs to be cut in half
i’ve tried to watch this show 4 different times at @jmo’s behest, and have only ever made it to the end of season 3
it’s just boring. the pacing is slow. i don’t like any of the characters. i’m not invested in anyone’s success, failure, life, or death.
i have lost interest in this show 4 separate times, which is by far and away a personal record for me
i am consistently surprised to hear people rave about this show
The fact that this is, no lie, the first ever negative review I have ever seen for breaking bad since its release is amazing yet, not surprising, and says everything about the show that needs to be said.
@michaeljecmen yeah you seem to usually have good takes I’m really curious why the show doesn’t hit for you like it did for so many people (including myself). Still respect your opinion though!
valid, i wonder what you think of better call saul 😅
i dropped breaking bad once too but did finish it later on, still somewhat enjoyable imo, but better call saul is SO boring dropped that s1 just unbearable to watch
