The Queen's Gambit

This series is clearly amazing and the story is incredible. All actors are great and perfect, we can feel so well the emotions of Beth Harmon interpreted by Anya Taylor-Joy because of her extraordinary performance. Her relation with her mother, her friend Jolene and all the other friends she made with chess is so realistic and full of emotions. All episodes are primordial for the story and we never get bored. We always want to know “what will happen to Beth in the next episode ?” I also loved mini series like this because it’s just like a very long movie. You can for exemple, develop differently the characters and the suspens. And we actually havea clear ending, it’s not a never ending story with 10 seasons or 15 sequels ( I also, sometimes, love this type of series and movies though). The Queen’s Gambit is a very good mini-series with a lot emotions and suspens, it also make you love chess unless it is not already a passion. Overall 9/10
