I do not care what anyone has to say. This movie is just amazing, I literally watched it first day it came out of theaters and I was hyped for a reason. If you told me to rate the first 2 hours of this film I would 100% give it a 5/5. Now don’t get me wrong it isn’t bad but the last hour of the film is dwarfed by the first two. That montage after filming Nellies first movie near the beginning is one of my favorite movie moments.
Some people just take movies too seriously, a good movie is one that has you smiling in your seat wanting more and this movie always had that more. I never realized how much i love montages that build to a climax until now. Another once of my favorite movies Everything Everywhere All At Once also has the same type of montage. I will definitely be thinking about this movie for a while and just imagining how even more amazing this movie could have been if they capped it at 2.5 hours (still a long movie lol). Overall though, just an amazing movie.
