Saving Private Ryan

Dear Mrs Ryan… Possibly cried, indeed cried. The effects and pain were all so intense and I was surprised to find out that it was a 98’ movie. The cast was amazing, starring Tom Hanks, Matt Damon, Edward Burns, Bryan Cranston, etc. Special mention to Wade’s death, I cried so much with it because I honestly liked his role and how much he made the effort. Not to also mention how much I cried for everyone else’s death, horrific. Morality was also an important aspect, debating on whether to leave your teammates in order to protect yourself from a family tragedy or to dishonor your saviors for much effort. And once again, the effects? How we could appreciate limbs out, massacred faces or mutilated body parts, how soil and blood splashed every time a grenade exploded. To sum things up, amazing work by Steven Spielberg and staff !!  Upham, I really thought you would end dying and was terrified the whole film, I love you 💔
