coming from a professional malteser, i heard “ejja mela” and knew all i needed to know about this movie  i can’t lie tho, the maltese costumes were pretty accurate, the rest including the 2 wedding dresses, not so much. i’m also a little iffy about the historical accuracy, especially coming from an a-level history student

i wish i had smth more nuanced to say about this movie however, doctor watson’s intro was simply too important to ignore (i was kicking my feet like a madman)
