checked this one out cause i heard some ppl saying longlegs was very similar and oh man longlegs is a walk in the park compared to this. the exceptionally slow burn nature of this film along with its minimalist filmmaking style and well executed long takes really created a hypnotic experience that i’ll never forget. haven’t been this entranced by a film in a long time the last 45 minutes or so especially had me in a chokehold. definitely gonna be copping the criterion dvd to enjoy for the rest of my life.
