i was so confused going into it why it had such bad reviews and i still don’t think it’s bad by any means, but i wish things weren’t so over-explained. i loved connecting dots and to have everything just explicitly explained in your face is frustrating. aside from that, i wish it wasn’t so comedy forward, especially towards the end. i also think the ending sequence knocked this down a star for me. i think it was too silly and felt out of left field in my opinion. but i did really enjoy this movie. the way it was filmed and the colors were absolutely stunning, and i was very engaged the entire time.
