there are few perfect movies, let alone adaptions that can bring an entire theatre to scream the musical words, chuckle and laugh throughout, and cry when their leading dynamic duo fell apart. i watched this with my mum, and to say we were both enchanted was an understatement to the highest degree. this was so so very beautiful, so POWERFUL - not just visually, not just by the resound, witty comedy, but how their leading ladies and gentlemen really carried with their music.  when they said this was the greatest adaption, they were not joking. PLEASE SEE THIS! 🩷💚
