Cure

The final scene was so perfectly done he had finally dealt with the killer and was at peace with the situation.  Which is in contrast to earlier in the film where he is in a period of intense pressure and stress. He seems as if his sanity is slipping away and he’s at a loss on how to proceed. During this period he goes to a cafe where he orders a meal and a coffee. In this scene we see that he has barely touched his food with only a few bites gone and didn’t drink his coffee  Whereas in the final scene he finishes his whole meal and his coffee. Showing the weight that has been lifted off his shoulders. It’s a small detail that probably not everyone had noticed but I just thought it was a perfect way to end this movie
