Sing Street
Sing Street is now up there with some of my favorite vibes movies of all time. What is a vibes movie you may ask? To me it needs a stellar soundtrack, a lot of the time it happens to be between the 60s-90s, and it just has to make you feel good. Sing Street crosses off all those boxes with a major emphasis on the soundtrack. It contained an awesome mix of original music and 80s classic rock. There were some big(ger?) names in the supporting cast like Aidan Gillen, Jack Reynor, and Lucy Boynton, but Ferdia Walsh-Peelo (CODA) in the lead role rocked (literally and figuratively). Lots of good comedy and feel-good moments make this coming-of-age film an elite vibes movie.
