Superman

i’m not a big DC person, so i went into this pretty neutral, but honestly i liked it more than i expected to. David was really good as superman. he felt comic accurate, which is something we’ve been lacking in the past. like he actually got the character instead of trying to reinvent it. it felt natural. the movie itself isn’t perfect, but it knows what it is and leans into it enough to be enjoyable. it’s not like life changing or anything, but it’s a solid watch. also i didn’t think i’d walk out of a superman movie appreciating him more than i did before, so i guess that’s a win.
