Moon Knight

I loved Oscar Isaac’s performance in this show and the way he went between Marc and Steven was amazing. His performance and characters are what I was enjoying the most out of it which left me in a strange place because although I was really wanting to see more of Moon knight it didn’t fully impact its enjoyment to much because Marc and Steven were so great. Khonshu was cool as hell I wish we saw more of him.  I felt I should have been enjoying more of Moon Knight especially with 4 hours worth of episodes. I felt as though we didn’t really get a lot of him. THAT being said Marc and Steven were very enjoyable as a dynamic so it wasn’t the worst thing.  I feel as though the first episode was my favourite it felt fresh and different and the performances were already exciting me. The ending of the first episode of course was especially cool. Then episode 5 was good cause we got a much deeper look into Steven/Marc and I was really enjoying the psychiatric aspect of it.  Some of the other episodes started to feel as though it was losing a lot of the charm that first one had and standard following a more standard cliche plot with sprinkles of really cool sequences. The Finale was honestly quite disappointing. It felt super rushed and so many things were trying to be squeezed in. The finale being one of the shortest episodes as well is certainly a choice especially with everything that was going on.   Overall I really enjoyed it. I would like to see a season 2. The character is cool af there’s no denying that and having Oscar Isaac in the role is a blessing.
