I don't know why but I was kinda shocked when he said I am your father, even though i've seen this like 5 times

It's crazy how every small detail from this movie has become a part of the star wars universe in a different project.

Felt like an elevated version of the classic action movies, and spoke to ideas about goverment conpsericy which have always been prevalent, but lacked a clear motivation, or purpose besides being a well made movie by one of the best directors of all time. The delivery on creating the plot, which was always stellar, propelled this movie out of the confusion of the ambiguity of certain scenes.
