Mostly Aidan

Two years ago, I wrote a review for this film saying "this kinda sucked." What the hell was I thinking? I would like to apologize to the director, Mike Nichols, a man I have looked up to since I started watching films. This film was amazing, all the performances were top-notch acting. I can finally live in peace knowing that I have righted a terrible wrong of mine.

Fantastic film, Kirsten Dunst delivered an amazing performance as Marie Antoinette, as she gets married into French Royalty and later becomes Queen of France. Also, nice to know that Converse shoes were around in her time.

A great film about an Polar expedition group that attempt to fight an alien that crash lands near their base, sound familiar? That's because of the remake of this film, [The Thing (1982)](https://boxd.it/294O). This film wasn't as dark as the remake though, this won't give you nightmares, but it's a fun watch.

Holy shit, what a great piece of cinema
