Saw this one on a super screen, though I’m not sure if that actually made it better or if I just paid extra to feel like my retinas were under attack. Either way worth it.
Casting? Spot on. Dialogue? Natural enough that it didn’t feel like actors pretending to be people, which is rarer than it should be. The audio mix was phenomenal stings landing exactly where they should, sound design working in perfect sync with the visuals. Put all that together and you’ve basically got a near-flawless package.
If I’m nitpicking, I’ll admit I left wondering if the “super screen” added anything beyond neck strain, but as for the film itself: almost full marks.
