Michael Chaney

The Odyssey is the first of many Christopher Nolan films I need to watch to get a full opinion on his works. Already, though, he is infinitely better than Tarantino. Cinematography is great, score is great, acting is mostly great (Travis Scott?). One of my main negatives is Odysseus as a character. Matt Damon acted great but Odysseus is supposed to be one of the cleverest men alive and Nolan cuts out all of his clever parts.

I hate every character in this stupid movie. Complete waste of two hours. Penny is so unlikeable, the main protagonist doesn’t know how to act. The rockstars are pedophiles and the mom just sucks. Only redeeming quality is Philip Seymour Hoffman. 27/100

Not very funny. I bet if I was 50+ it would be. It was at least mildly entertaining. Last 20 minutes was just wild. Pinky and Chicolini remind me of Marcello Hernandez. 44/100
