Nope

Istg Jordan Peele is a genius. This was so good wth I honestly went in blind so i was kinda confused when there were already dialogue when we were getting the name of the productions. But then it just hits you with that horrifying scene with Gordy. It was so chilling. I loved the cuts, it was just done in such a smart way. It doesn't even let you process the information which adds more. Also really liked that we got titles, it cut the movie in section. I really like when they do that in movies and shows. Espacially here it was so good. I loved the characters. I was really attached to them in a very short time. Just their vibe, energy. It was adding more to movie and giving us a break after the horror. I absolutly adored the methaphor with Gordy, Jean Jacket and the horses. It just shows how animals cannot be tamed and used for shows. Ricky per exemple taught that he tamed Gordy, that he was like the "chosen one" and what happened that day was a miracle. He always talk about the events like a show, an entrainment (it was for him to cope). He taught he could do the same with the alien. He wanted to use her in his spectacle, and in the end he got eaten. We actually could even see him smile just before so it feels like he's happy he is dying while doing a spectacle (or something like that idk honeslty) Also the only reason Gordy didn't kill him that time was bc he never looked at his eyes, he didn't saw him as threat. Which was a forshadowing of the fact that they should not look at Jean. In the end they won bc they saw Jean as an animal, a predetor. They didn't try to tame it for a spectacle, they acknowledge its wild nature. The horses symbolized pretty much the same thing. They were used in movies, again for spectacle, which weren't what they were born to do. They are animals who needs freedom basically. It just done in such a good way gosh. The ost was matching the vibe. It was also soo good to look at. Visually stunning. Also Jean's design was sick. It was geniunly scary. Also making the UFO the alien is GENIUS hello?? Like how did no one thaught of that. It's just so smart. I love this movie sm. It deserves more love.
