ryan gosling my mannnnn and emily and the cast ate this so hard  french dog was probably top 3 characters took on a little too much at times yet lacked true substance and i think the scene where aaron taylor johnson is supposed to shoot him in the heli but didn’t was stupid  and i fear the entire plot was super predictable but i really have a soft spot for this type of sideplot romance update 6/5 rewatched the second half today and didn’t love as much as i did originally… i’ll give it credit for launching the gos obsession but i do think the novelty of my man blindsided me moving down from 3.5 to 3 great level of millennial corniness  literally the most unrealistic part of the movie was ryan taking off the retainer somehow without saliva all over the screen
