Superman
IT WAS SUPER,MAN. Superman is dc trying for the second time for a cinematic universe and so far it is going great and I’m so excited for more. This film is just one big and long comic book and it is done so well. This is probably one of the most cartoony films I have ever seen but still has very emotional moments. Superman does the exact opposite of man of steel because one is very emotional and colourful with great characters and the other is man of steel. This version of superman is who we strive to be and this superman will fill your heart with life and love. This film humanizes superman so much and I love that because that is what he is supposed to be (take notes Zack Snyder) superman just feels like a normal human being who just got superpowers but then you get reminded that he is not a human he is an alien but then you realize he is alien with an human life and heart and there is so much scenes that show this but my favourite was at the end of the film (if you seen the film you know what im talking about). I have been seeing people complain about the pacing and how stuffed this film is and those are not my complaints with the film because i actually really liked the pacing it may feel odd I liked it because it helps with the comic book aspect of the film because it has the same pacing as a lot of comic book and the problem with of much stuff there is in the film is not a complaint for me because i actually really liked it because shows how busy life is and always filling you up with more and more stuff but this is from a aliens perspective and i thought that was really interesting and good. Even though i have been nonstop talking how good this is one thing i didn’t like that i actually hated was this female character who is addicted to there phone i hated this character because she is so basic and annoying and she gets paired up with a another smaller character that i really liked but everytime she was on screen with the other character i just couldn’t stand the both of them but ngl is was not the worst character ever because in the beginning of the film that is the only time she not annoying and she did make me laugh at the beginning. My final thoughts: this is a great beginning to hopefully a great universe.
