CJ7

I watched this film yesterday and it has not left my mind and I don’t think it ever will. While I initially entered this film nonchalantly and ready for a good laugh, I left with a newfound perspective on life and the world. The intricate details of our center characters lives and how their economic stature effects almost all aspects of their lives serves as a striking reminder that this is the world we live in. CJ7 serves as an experience mimicking that of human life itself. The emotional range of this film is one of the many phenomenal things about this film; One minute you’ll be laughing at the hijinks our character get into and the next you will be on the verge of suicide. The effects are also incredible. Even though this film was released in 2008, it still looks better than most blockbusters nowadays. CJ7 itself is also one of the most lovable characters in all of fiction, bringing temporary joy into the miserable, yet sadly realistic lives of our main characters. Truly incredible film and an even better experience. It’s like a 6/10
